Art Panels

The decorative panels on this page are intended to be displayed in their stands, rather than with the traditional hooks and chains, in a fixed position. I have wanted to free my work from that restraint, making these panels moveable art objects, perfect for display on table tops, desks, mantles, window sills, etc. They show very well in both ambient and direct light. These panels are fabricated with the traditional methods of leading and fired glass paint. Some are double-plated and etched, for great depth and texture. The use of the glass paint allows the designs to attain an extremely sensitive and lush ‘painterly’ quality.
